Good Universe was founded by two young changemakers, Kamal and Neloufer, along with their friends whose lives were shaped by adversity and resilience.
Raised in underserved communities, they confronted barriers to education, economic hardship, social inequality, and the realities of domestic violence and systemic exclusion. Rather than accept these constraints, they chose to challenge them transforming personal struggle into purposeful action.
Their journey shaped a clear conviction: when women are healthy, skilled, and empowered, communities transform.
What began with courage and commitment has grown into a movement placing women and girls at the center of health, livelihoods, and climate resilience.
Over the years, Kamal and Neloufer along with a strong board have led and delivered 200+ community centered initiatives, received international awards and global recognition, and have been featured across 45+ media houses worldwide. They have been part of leading international platforms and institutions, and have spoken at forums including TEDx, ASSOCHAM, HSBC Future Skills, and other global convening, advancing conversations on women’s empowerment, sustainability, and inclusive development.
