Health & Well Being

Project Overview
Good Universe advances women-centred health solutions with a focus on adolescent wellbeing, women’s health, preventive care, and community health systems strengthening.
Our work addresses critical gaps in awareness, access, and early detection, particularly in underserved and rural communities where women and girls face systemic health inequities.
We work across:
Adolescent physical and mental wellbeing
Menstrual health and hygiene
Women’s reproductive health
Breast and cervical cancer awareness & screening
Community medical camps
Primary Health Centre (PHC) strengthening and upgradation
Our Solution
We implement an integrated, community-led approach that combines:
Health Education & Awareness: Age-appropriate, culturally grounded sessions on adolescent health, nutrition, menstrual health, mental wellbeing, and reproductive rights.
Preventive Screening & Early Detection: Breast and cervical cancer awareness campaigns, clinical screenings, and referral linkages.
Medical Outreach: Free medical camps providing consultations, diagnostics, and follow-up care.
System Strengthening: Supporting PHC infrastructure upgrades, equipment access, and community-health linkages to strengthen last-mile healthcare delivery.
Capacity Building: Training community facilitators and frontline workers to sustain health knowledge locally.
Key Impact
Increased awareness and early health-seeking behaviour among adolescent girls and women
Improved access to preventive screening services
Reduced stigma around menstrual and reproductive health
Strengthened local health infrastructure through PHC support
Enhanced community trust in public healthcare systems
Long-Term Goal
To build equitable, resilient community health systems where women and girls have sustained access to preventive care, early diagnosis, and dignified health services, ensuring healthier families and stronger communities across generations.
